What’s the difference between a logo and branding?
A logo is only one element of your business identity. Branding is the backbone of everything you create—your colors, fonts, visuals, and overall style form a system that informs every future project, from packaging to social media. With a full branding package, you’ll have a cohesive foundation that makes every design you release look intentional, professional, and aligned with your vision.
I need my designs by a specific date…
I offer a 15-minute call to review your timeline, project scope, and ensure my services are a good fit. This call is strictly for logistics and questions about the process — no creative work is done here. We’ll confirm your timeline, clarify deliverables, and answer any questions about pricing or workflow, so your project starts smoothly. All creative work happens afterward in the included creative brief phase.
How do I get started?
Once you’re ready to move forward, you can book your project directly through my website. Every project begins with a creative brief, which is included as the first phase of your branding package. This is where we define your vision, goals, and priorities — all the important creative work happens here.
How will I get my final designs?
I typically use Google Drive to deliver the final design files in all their formats. I also include a “file guide” PDF that explains what type of files you need to use when. If you prefer another method of file delivery, I’d be happy to accommodate!
How does payment work?
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before final files are delivered. Payments are completed through a secure online invoice, with multiple payment options available for your convenience.
What if I need more revisions?
Most clients find the included rounds of revision to be plenty to get everything just right. If you’d like additional revisions beyond that, they’re available at my hourly rate, so you can continue refining your designs as needed.
What if I need continuous designs?
I would love to create a custom retainer package to fit your exact needs, whether you’re looking for ongoing social media graphics, website graphics, merchandise design or something else. Let’s chat!
